Novelty ~ Puzzle Ball Beaded Sphere
I did not write a tutorial when I made this Puzzle Ball in 2020 because it requires a very specific metal bar hidden on the inside that gives the ball its shape and structure. Since my tutorials can be purchased on-line by anyone in the world, I did not know if this bar would be available to those who wished to make it. However, at the request of a Customer, this tutorial is now available.
About This Tutorial...
To make the Puzzle Ball Beaded Sphere, you will need bridge beads, gemduo beads, superduo beads, seed beads in size 8/0, 11/0 and 15/0 and 3x19mm three-hole metal spacer bars. Experience making beaded spheres is definitely helpful.
NOTE: The spacer bars are a very specific size and must be exact in order to guarantee the results of the project. They were purchased at Fire Mountain Gems, and as of January, 2026, were still available.
The PDF tutorial includes a detailed materials list, 9 pages of written instructions with 14 full-colour precise illustrations and 2 photographs. It is a digital file that can be viewed on a screen or printed on sheets of paper. There are no beads or other supplies included with the purchase of this pattern.
